Rowaidah Bibers

Founder & CEO

A seasoned PR professional with over 18 years of experience, Rowaidah Bibers has made significant contributions to the industry in Egypt and the region. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions across several top PR firms in Egypt before taking the strategic move to launch her own firm, The PROs. Rowaidah has successfully spearheaded PR and communications campaigns for renowned local and global brands across various sectors. Her extensive network includes media, C-suite executives, government officials, and international organizations.
Rowaidah is an avid believer in the power of people as the driving force behind creating an impact and achieving success. At The PROs, Rowaidah prioritizes fostering a team of skilled professionals. By nurturing talent and equipping them with the necessary expertise, she aims to create the next generation of PR and communication leaders. She actively engages in capacity-building initiatives and mentors aspiring communicators, collaborating with esteemed institutions such as the American University in Cairo (AUC), the German University in Cairo (GUC), and the University of Hertfordshire.

Hana Taha

Media Relations Director

With over 10 years of experience in PR and communication, Hana Taha is a media relations expert with a vast network of connections spanning media, governmental entities, and both local and international companies. Hana is adept at media handling and crisis communications and has conducted numerous media trainings for C-level executives in both the private and governmental sectors.
In her capacity as a Media Relations Director, she has been leading the media relations department and developing strategies that ensure the best outcomes for our partners. Throughout her journey, she has managed and led accounts across a diverse range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, real estate, FMCG, telecom, automotive, and industrial sectors to name a few. Additionally, she has co-led number of major governmental initiatives, such as the launch of the Human Rights Strategy and the National Strategy for Climate Change in Egypt 2050.
Some of the clients, she has worked with are Samsung, Egypt Defence Expo for three consecutive editions, El Gouna Film Festival for three years in a row, Vodafone Egypt, MSD, Mountain View, Madinat Masr, Al Futtaim, Cairo Festival City Mall, DHL, Egypt Economic Summit, Ericsson, Nestle, Danone, KIA, Renault, Amazon, Signify, beko, Pfizer, Polaris Parks, Philp Morris among others.

Noha Fikry

Communications Director

An accomplished PR professional with over 14 years of experience, Noha Fikry has held leadership roles at prominent PR agencies in Egypt. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a diverse clientele, including local and multinational companies, industry events, and regional accounts, gaining valuable insights into various cultures and industries.
With a meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of the PR industry, Noha’s expertise spans a wide range of PR disciplines, including strategic planning, crisis communications, public relations, content development, account management, and research. She has conducted media training sessions for C-suite executives at numerous organizations.
Besides leading accounts from the real estate, pharmaceutical, financial services, startups, FMCGs, energy, hospitality, and sports sectors, she has also co-led a number of government initiatives such as the launch of the Human Rights Strategy and industry events including Africa Health ExCon, Creative Summit, CDIS Egypt, EVs Electrify, and Egypt Defence Expo (EDEX). Her impressive portfolio includes notable accounts such as Schneider Electric, SODIC, Hilton, ZED Sports, Pharco, Siemens, MARAKEZ, Careem, Majid Al Futtaim, Madinet Masr, Emirates NBD, Fujifilm, and Hayat Egypt.

Sara Hosny

Communications Director

A passionate PR consultant with thorough understanding of market updates, Sara Hosny is a PR professional with +8 years of experience in communications & reputation management field. As Communications Director, Sara has solid expertise in crisis management, strategizing, public profiling, media and events management. Sara has managed some of the biggest accounts in the market; working on local and multinational clients from diversified industries including, IT, pharma, real estate, tobacco, logistics, start ups, Automotive and other industries as well as management of high profile industry and business events.
Excelling in story-telling, and creative thinking, Sara has led regional PR campaigns including the Lynx Awarded PR Campaign for DHL & Mohamed Salah, in addition to one of the most challenging causes for burn victims “Ahl Masr Foundation”. Ms. Hosny also led the strategic communications for the automotive giant “Mansour Automotive group” including PR strategic consultancy, internal communications strategy, consumer comms, as well as CEOs and public officials’ media training and public profiling strategies.
